“Leave the Door Open” was the first single released by Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak as the duo “Silk Sonic” for their album “An Evening With Silk Sonic”. The track was released alongside the album’s introduction voiced by Bootsy Collins: “Fellas, I hope you got something in your cup. And, ladies, don’t be afraid to make your way to the stage for a band that I named Silk Sonic.”
This song was produced by Bruno Mars and D’Mile, and written by Mars, Anderson .Paak, D’Mile and Brody Brown. Its music video, published on the 5th of March 2021, was directed by Mars and Florent Déchard.
